6 changes to make that you won't even notice

"OMG I could never go vegan because I would never be able to give up…"

If I had a pound for every time someone said that to me, I could start my own vegan community ;)

There are many small changes you can make to your diet and lifestyle that you won’t even notice, I personally have been vegan for almost two years now and these little pointers helped me with my transition.

Butter: Try using 'Pure', they have created an amazing vegan butter made from vegetable fat and sunflower oil. Perfect on on it's own on toast (if you like salted butter, just top with a pinch of salt) or is a great alternative in baking and cooking.

Honey: This has always been a controversial subject within the vegan community. Most vegans see no difference between bee farming and other forms of animal farming and

to optimise profits, many commercial bee farmers employ practices that are unethical by vegan standards. So here's a great alternative that comes straight from the organically grown Blue Webber Agave Plant in Mexico.

Milk: Unless you've been living under a rock, i'm sure everyone is aware of the 'oat mylk' trend that’s happening every where at the moment. There’s a reason for it becoming so popular because it tastes so good and is one of the closest alternative to the real thing, so perfect to transition. Plus, it is a healthier alternative and full of protein!

Cheese: Cheese is always the one thing that people say they just could never give up! However once you have tried 'Violife' vegan cheese I think it may just convince you that, actually you don't have to give it up - just switch! From feta to cream there’s something for everyone. Delicious!

Sauces: Now we all love sauces, I don’t think I can have chips with out it. Here are some sauces you can add to your cupboard, you may even have some in there already.
