3 To-Go-To Sustainability Tips

Being vegan has many different avenues, there are different levels on how you want to contribute towards your vegan life style. There can be vegans that fully focus on animals wellbeing and vegans who focus on the planet and what we can do to save it and give back, for me, it’s both. So if you are interested it trying to contribute to helping the planet and reducing your ecological footprint, even if you aren't vegan, here’s some simple things you can do. 


Reduce Your Plastic:



In most towns and cities, there are now refill shops. These shops let you bring your own containers into the shop and refill your essentials like, shampoo, conditioner, washing up liquid, washing powder as well as food and spices, saving you going to your local supermarket and buying more unnecessary plastic. Reusable Coffee Cups:


This is one tip that can really help stop that plastic and unnecessary waste from circulating out planet. There’s some pretty innovative cups out there but my personal favourite is the R-Cup, it has an amazing purpose and really cute colours and as a bonus - it doesn't leak!!  https://www.rcup.co.uk


Take your own bags to the market:




This is so simple and easy! An estimated 500 billion plastic bags are used each year, and the majority of them end up in our oceans and there are some seriously cute, trendy reusable bags out there.
